Let me introduce myself.
My name is Alyssa Nobbe. I am to be 19 years old this month and I am going to Ball State University in August to major in Elementary Education. I have been a certified babysitter since I was 12, where I learned I loved being with children. As I went into High School, I began shadowing and assisting different teachers and grades each year on my free time after school. I fell in love with the subjects of English and Creative Writing half way through my High School career, and hope to one day teach it in Bethesda Christian High School, which had made such a great impact on my life. Before becoming a High School teacher, though, I want to spend some time teaching the little ones.
I also have fallen in love with anything art related. I love to write, draw, and anything similar when I can. I post my art on my art site while my short stories go onto my other blog. My longer stories I hope to someday publish, but I have to finish one first before that is possible.
Now that you know a little about me, lets get on to what this blog is all about.
This blog is going to focus all on my life at Ball State University, aka BSU for short. I will speak of all things from what I learn in class, to the fun I experience out of class, and all things in between. As I will be a college student, I won't post everyday, but I will try to get on often. Some posts may be like a journal filled with all sorts of topics while other posts may be focused on one aspect. I will also post things that may not be related to college specifically, but that I have done while in college, including some art and writing I make. I may post some pictures I take or just write a small thought.

If you have questions, answers, suggestions, or even memories of your own you would like to share, please post! I just keep it PG-13 and try not to cuss if you don't have to. I want to keep this a friendly place to all ages. I may not respond right away, but I will eventually, so don't be afraid to ask!
I hope that this blog will not only entertain, but also help those about to experience college. Though this is just a blog I will be doing for my own record and entertainment, I know that college is a mysterious and unknown concept to those not yet in it. With this blog I hope to shed some light on the mystery and the questions you may have.
